Who you are
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on e-commerce and native mobile applications
- A track record of planning, directing, and executing product roadmaps that deliver tangible business results
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and tell a compelling story
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and collaborating across different teams to find effective solutions
- Proficiency in analytical skills, including SQL, to analyze data, identify opportunities, and evaluate feature performance to make informed decisions and trade-offs
What the job involves
- As the iOS Product Manager for the Buyer and Seller Experience at 1stDibs, you'll be the driving force behind the end to end experience on our buyer and seller apps.
- You'll own critical parts of our platform, shaping a strategic roadmap and leading a talented, cross-functional team to fuel scalable growth
- Your main goal will be to build features that create a frictionless and engaging experience for both our buyers and sellers
- Develop and champion the strategy and A/B testing roadmap for key buyer and seller experience features on our iOS app
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and define clear requirements, goals, and success metrics for new features
- Synthesize user research, market analysis, analytics, and community feedback into actionable product insights and requirements
- Partner closely with design, research, and engineering teams to build, test, and iterate on core features
- Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to launch new product initiatives while keeping the app at parity with web features
