What the job involves
- Advising and supporting clients: You’ll speak with parents daily to understand their specific needs, confidently explain our service, and build trust-based relationships that result in successful placements
- Candidate relationship management and onboarding: You’ll also work directly with nannies - screening, interviewing, and guiding them through our onboarding process to ensure we’re introducing only the best-suited candidates to our families
- Headhunting: While we have an active and growing candidate pool, you’ll also proactively source for new positions
- End-to-end job matching: From the moment a parent enquires to the day their nanny starts, you’ll manage the full process - liaising between families and nannies to ensure both sides have a smooth, positive experience
Application process
- Initial Screening Call: A short introductory call with one of our team to get to know you and answer any initial questions
- 1-hour Interview: A more in-depth interview with the Nanny Services Manager, including a short role-play exercise
- Final Stage: A meeting with our CEO and another member of our Exec team. Plus, an informal “Meet the Team” chat with another member of the business - your chance to ask questions and get a feel for our culture

Our take
Childcare is an undeveloped and overlooked market. A nanny is unaffordable for most people and others are working freelance or shift work and therefore need flexible (rather than 9-5) childcare.
Bubble addresses this gap in the market for flexible ad hoc childcare with its app. Bubble introduces tech to a low tech sector, improving both babysitters and parents’ chances of matching.
Despite childcare being a low tech sector, Bubble isn’t totally without competition. Competitors include UrbanSitter, Bambino and Sitters in the UK alone.
However, Bubble is already enjoyed by more than 300,000 parent and trusted by the likes of OMG, Deliveroo, and Carwow. Thanks to its social networking focus and rigorous security checks, the app looks set to succeed in the continued age of mobile apps.
