What the job involves

We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer with a strong technical background, a demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality software, and contagious enthusiasm to join our team
Reporting to one of our Engineering Managers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching features for the Calendly Mobile Android app
You enjoy collaborating with Product and Design partners to create solutions that will deliver a great experience to users
You and your team members impact every aspect of development from design, delivery and maintenance
You write clean code and work closely with product managers to plan and implement complete solutions
You are comfortable working in technologies such as Kotlin, Compose, and Android UI design
Advocating for strong foundations in technical architecture while maintaining high velocity
Working end-to-end to deliver features - from discovery, product design, technical design, coding, testing, shipping, and iteration based on collaborator feedback
Reviewing tech specs and pull requests from other specialists
Improving our engineering systems and processes; we operate an agile process with sprints and iterate continuously
Mentoring and coaching other team members
