Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in SEO (as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar)
- Expertise in onsite and offsite SEO strategies, including reporting and analysis
- Demonstrable ability to build high-quality backlink profiles
- Ideally experience in content writing
- Ideally understanding of HTML and CSS
What the job involves
- Our innovative platform and marketing strategies aim to drive long-term organic growth while delivering exceptional services like company formation, accounting, and mortgages
- As part of a high-performing team, you’ll directly impact our vision and see the tangible results of your efforts
- This is a key role in GetGround’s marketing team, designed to lead and execute the SEO program
- Your primary focus will be on building organic traffic through onsite and offsite optimisation strategies
- You will have a leading role in shaping SEO processes, working closely with the Acquisition and Brand squads
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including onsite optimization and high-quality backlink acquisition
- Clean up and address existing SEO debt within the first 4 months
- Establish scalable processes to drive significant organic growth over 12 months
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the website and marketing content
- Utilise tools like Hubspot, Looker, and GA4 to monitor performance and generate insights

Aside from being unfair this furthers wealth inequality with all its negative economic and social effects. GetGround exists to change this, making it easier for more people to invest in wealth generating assets, starting with real estate.
GetGround takes first time investors through the end-to-end journey of finding, financing, and managing property investments, through their proprietary platform. As the first such product offering in this space it has already captured a sizeable share of the market it seeks to disrupt, with over 15,000 customers accounting for 10% of the UK buy-to-let sector.
GetGround has received funding from the UK government and high profile VC investors, and has £1 billion worth of assets on its platform. It plans to broaden out to other countries and asset classes in the future as it continues to lower the barriers to investing.
