Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who is motivated by solving business challenges and is excited to join a fast-paced scale-up
- You’re smart, analytical, commercial, empathetic, and comfortable taking an insight-driven approach to developing relationships and delivering value for customers and for Attensi
- We are particularly excited by people who can empathize with our prospects’ strategic challenges, and who can credibly and comfortably craft bespoke and tailored value propositions to meet their needs
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, consulting, or a related position
- Experience working with and developing strong relationships with CxO’s and Directors of large corporations
- Proven success in surpassing sales targets by uncovering and solving business challenges within existing enterprise accounts, leading to new revenue opportunities
- A deep understanding of Learning & Development processes and how they intersect with business needs is preferred
What the job involves
- This person will own relationships with, and proactively expand, key accounts in the US
- This is a critical role for us as we have seen strategic accounts driving significant growth for the business with much more potential to capture
- Working closely with the US leaders, Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to drive growth and impact for enterprise accounts
- Partnering with our clients to understand and solve some of their hardest organizational challenges, which can be addressed through behavior change and capability building
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and actively working to grow Attensi’s engagement with those companies through value-based and consultative conversations
- Proactively expand our relationships and status within enterprise accounts, sourcing new opportunities to grow revenue for Attensi and value for our customers
- Increase Attensi’s visibility through events, webinars, and industry engagement

This is hardly surprising; employee training is vitally important to the success of a competitive workforce, and it is widely acknowledged that an effective employee development program will increase the competency of staff and boost their job satisfaction.
Attensi uses a combination of technology from the world of video gaming and insights from workplace psychology to train people via immersive, 3D simulations of their workplace and work processes. Solutions are used to simulate human interactions and work processes, including interpersonal ‘soft skills’, leadership training, use of IT-systems and any form of staff certification.
Since being founded in 2012, the company has delivered its services to over 100 countries in more than 20 languages, showing an incredibly scalable business model. Investors have also spotted its potential, resulting in major funding which Attensi has invested in expanding its business around the world and securing big clients like Mercedes Benz, Circle K, Equinor, BCG and ASDA.
