Principal Operations Manager, Chip

• Experience working with brokerage investment platforms or in wealth management
• Experience setting up new products
• Proven experience setting up new operational processes in an efficient and scalable manner
• Experience in a fintech
• Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills

Desirable

• You’ll be responsible for scoping new products from an Operational standpoint
• This will span multiple areas of Operations; Financial Operations, Fincrime and Product Operations
• Assess and scope new products from an Operational perspective; researching and understanding operational and reporting requirements inside out
• Work with the VP of Operations to plan operational capacity for new products
• Work with Operations stakeholders to determine operational flows and processes
• Work with Product to deliver business cases and propositions
• Defining and determining product development opportunities
