Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related disciplines (e.g., product management, content marketing, or sales/solutions engineering)
- Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results
- Experience in the Media, Martech, or Adtech industries strongly preferred
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communicator, skilled at simplifying complex ideas
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new industries, technologies, and customer dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or strong academic record preferred

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help drive new business growth and promote adoption of new features and products by existing customers.
- You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing content that supports our product GTM strategies, and will partner with product and sales leadership to ensure products meet demand gen goals and have compelling value propositions.
- The ideal candidate thrives on quickly shifting from speaking with internal stakeholders and customers to crafting persuasive materials to analyzing data and reporting on product metrics.

- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and content that drive go-to-market success
- Lead and support product launches, ensuring clear KPIs, measurement, and optimization for impact
- Create compelling, visually engaging content that connects product value to business outcomes
- Partner with sales to develop materials that accelerate pipeline growth and improve win rates
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform differentiated sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and demand generation to weave product value propositions into broader brand and campaign narratives
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to capture the voice of the customer and maintain accurate personas and messaging frameworks
Our take
New streaming platforms and CTV provide novel data, with great potential to improve advertising engagement. However, information such as how many times an ad was aired and watched, whether viewers were captivated, and how relevant it is to their viewing preferences can still be difficult to access.
iSpot provides an ad measurement platform for TV, streaming platforms, and DSPs, allowing businesses to measure the success of their marketing campaigns in real time. The platform provides information such as brand recognition, purchase intent, likeability, and audience relevance, allowing businesses to benchmark this information against competitors.
Whilst other marketing platforms tackle similar obstacles, iSpot uniquely categorizes its data into insights that are easily understood and actioned. The company has ensured that its services are integrated with other 300 major streaming platforms and DSPs, futureproofing itself for the new wave of TV viewers, and in 2026 launched an agentic AI platform to augment its offering.
