- Experience within a similar role; content exposure within a similar B2B SaaS environment is beneficial!

What the job involves
- The role will directly report into the Head of Publishing to assist and manage the prioritisation and delivery of content across all various streams as well as analysing ways to bring optimisation and efficiency
- You will be responsible in ensuring best practice processes are being adhered to both with onshore and offshore teams
- As part of CUBE’s expansion, you will have the opportunity to research and analyse the acquisition of new content streams including social and other channels which will become a huge part of CUBE’s global offering around regulatory compliance to their customers
- Prioritize Delivery of Content across existing streams according to customer requirements
- Ensuring best practice capture methods are always adhered to across all onshore and offshore teams
- Analysis, investigation, and acquisition of new capture streams
- Analysis of existing capture methods/processes and producing recommendations including ROI models
- Working with onshore and offshore capture teams to improve efficiency and optimise processes
- Introducing new tools and automation across capture teams
- Management of publishing KPI’s to ensure SLAs are met
