Role
Who you are
- Languages: A perfect command of German is a must. Additional knowledge of English and other European languages is a nice to have
- Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
- Resilience: You are combative and you love challenges
- Communication skills: You are able to listen and communicate with external and internal partners; Your spoken and written communication is clear and convincing
- Software skills: Ideally, you have already used Salesforce or another CRM. It’s a plus if you know how to work with data enrichment tools, such as Kaspr, Lusha, Clearbit, Sales Navigator, etc
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to generate as many relevant opportunities as possible for the Sales team
- Thus, you will have a key role in our outbound acquisition strategy
- You will join a team composed of Account Executives, Business Developers, SDRs, and Key Account Managers skyrocketing the German Market
- Generate Outbound opportunities for the Account Executive team by identifying, contacting, advising, and qualifying companies
- Prospect famous companies within Qonto's target profile by scrapping the correct decision-makers with the goal to help Qonto expand its portfolio of clients
- Use telephony, emailing and other communication channels to communicate with customers
- Conduct discovery surveys to qualify or disqualify prospects as potential customers
- Use your perfect German language & presentation skills to convince potential customers to participate in a product demonstration
- Use prospect's feedback and insights to adjust your pitch and communication approach continuously
- Collaborate with our Account Executives and provide valuable information that will help them to close deals
- Ensure a smooth handover of prospects to guarantee a very good customer experience
- Participate in events to proactively approach new clients
- You will join the Sales team led by Masha, our Head of Sales & Partnership, Germany
