Role

Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone who has a passion for production and enjoys the hands-on aspect of building campaigns in-house
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a STEM related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience on a marketing automation and operations team that works cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Data and Design
  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing automation
  • Professional experience building multi-channel user journeys in automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing cloud

Desirable

  • HTML Coding experience
  • Iterable experience - Iterable certified
  • Professional experience with marketing tech stack evaluation, engineering, Martech tools

What the job involves

  • As a member of our expanding Growth team, the Growth Marketing Operations, Associate Manager, will play a central role in making sure that every eligible individual within our client base receives the hyper-customized experience they need to stay engaged with Hinge Health
  • You’ll help us scale our B2C growth channels including email, direct mail, and SMS through automation, working as the go-to production expert in platforms such as Iterable
  • You'll use data to identify insights and build complete segments and dig below surface-level insights
  • In partnership with our user engagement marketing team, you’ll act as a key operational strategist in building end-to-end user-focused journeys that allow us to add to the truly moving testimonials pouring in by the day
  • Drive user engagement through building targeted, customized campaigns that meet each user where they are - from which channels they’re on to which stage of their health journey they’re in
  • Bring ideas to life by taking copy and designs and building them in our marketing automation platform using HTML and CSS
  • Continue to evolve our process from one-off email blasts into fully automated multi-channel user journeys
  • Optimize email, direct mail, SMS, and in-app content by using automation to execute high-velocity experiments and gather quick insights
  • Cultivate healthy marketing data that allows us to target the right audiences with the right content at the right time, especially through segmentation
