What the job involves
- This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a material difference in the global employment space as an Inside Sales Representative for our EOR business
- This is a new role within our GTM organization, focused on serving existing customers as they continue their partnership and expansion with Remote
- This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on GTM success, significantly contributing to the critical expansion of our existing client base
- It involves consultative, client-facing experience, enabling you to solve tangible business challenges
- You will engage in strategic collaboration with members of internal teams, from Product to Legal, among others
- Additionally, the role provides the flexibility to work from anywhere
- Showcase Remote’s product portfolio (EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, Remote Talent, etc) as a potential solution for existing customers via phone, video conference, and email
- Lead client conversations by first educating users on the platform’s features and benefits, understanding the client’s challenges, and then promoting our product portfolio for then closed up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve individual and team quotas
- Share knowledge and insight from customer interactions with internal teams to guide product development and accelerate customer acquisition and retention
