What the job involves

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical MBA intern to join our Sales Enablement team
The intern will play a key role in supporting our strategic metrics initiatives by analyzing data, refining performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales effectiveness
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive sales productivity, revenue growth, and organizational success
Hands-on experience with strategic projects at the intersection of sales, strategy, and analytics
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders
Opportunities to make a measurable impact on sales outcomes and organizational success
Mentorship from experienced professionals in sales enablement and strategy
Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to identify, refine, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Enablement programs
Analyze existing programs and metrics to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders
Develop executive-level reports and presentations on sales enablement program performance in relation to sales performance
Ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals and strategic priorities
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Sales) to align enablement strategies with data-driven insights
Contribute to training and enablement design to put reporting and business outcomes at the heart of any program launch
