Who you are
- A Tech-Savvy Analyst: You’ve spent 5+ years in the comp world, ideally in high-growth tech
- AI Enthusiast: You are proactive about using AI (like Gemini, ChatGPT, or specialized data tools) to find efficiencies, analyze huge datasets, and streamline repetitive tasks
- A Radford Pro: You could submit a Radford survey in your sleep (but we’d prefer you do it awake)
- An Excel Wizard: You think in XLOOKUPs, Index/Match, and Pivot Tables. If a dataset is messy, you find it "professionally satisfying" to clean it
- A Clear Communicator: You can explain "comp logic" to a non-comp person without making their head spin
- Comfortable in the "Grey": We’re growing, which means things change. You thrive in ambiguity and love the challenge of building the plane while it’s in the air

- This is your chance to get your foot in the door at a scaling tech firm where the stability is high, but the growth ceiling is nonexistent. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Global Compensation, ensuring your work has a straight line to our global strategy and leadership

You’ll leverage AI tools to identify process improvements, automate tedious data cleaning, and find productivity gains that turn a week-long audit into a one-hour win
