Who you are
- Previous experience in a technical account management role, with a track record of driving client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Previous experience in the fintech industry is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration during the selection process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering value to clients and the business
What the job involves
- Junior Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, assisting them in achieving their technical goals while also pinpointing fresh growth opportunities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of all contracted services on assigned account(s) to ensure high levels of performance
- Develop effective operational relationships with customers and internal teams to enable day-to-day operation of all contracted services
- Collaborate with the full account team, with the account manager as the account lead, to ensure alignment and consistency in our approach to client management
- Be responsible for account service delivery reporting (e.g., change, incident, availability, etc.)
- Organize and lead the client governance meetings, both internal and external
- Organize and lead the monthly reviews with customer(s)
- Identify revenue growth opportunities in the account and proactively engage with the customer and Aevi sales team as applicable
- Personally ensure all chargeable billing is completed and agreed with the client on a timely basis, minimizing DSO for service provision for the account
- The Technical Account Manager is part of the sales team, and will report into the Head of Account Management
