Junior Graphic Design/Puzzle and Game Design Associate, Puzzle Post

• A passion for puzzles, escape rooms, games, or creative industries
• Experience or strong interest in graphic design or illustration (e.g., Canva, Affinity Designer or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Attention to detail, especially when finalizing artwork for production

Desirable

• Graphic Design and Artwork Creation: Create and manage artwork for games, packaging, and promotional materials, ensuring all visuals align with the Puzzle Post brand. Collaborate with freelance illustrators and designers (where required) to deliver cohesive designs
• Product Testing: Organize and oversee product testing to ensure games meet quality and entertainment standards. This will include reviewing gameplay mechanics and gathering feedback to refine both gameplay and visual elements
• Production Support: Prepare print-ready artwork files and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure accuracy and quality during production. Resolve any design-related issues that arise during the process
• Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering ideas on game themes, puzzles, and visual design elements that enhance the overall product experience
