You have previous Startup Experience
You are able to communicate technical jargon simply and efficiently for non-technical stakeholders
You are customer-centric and have the ability to prioritise features that enhance user experience and drive business objectives
You take complete ownership and responsibility of your role and can work within the ambiguity of early-stage companies
You are a collaborative person who believes in teamwork
Understand MVP/Simple Lovable Product principles and what changes when you need to scale a product
Building componentised design systems

Desirable

You have proven your ability to manage complex stakeholders
Develop and grow with the studio and it’s products
Offer technical support to the core studio team
Utilise existing AI tooling to enhance your development lifecycle

What the job involves

Up until this point Mike (Founder/CEO) has been the biggest bottle neck as I can't build all our products and do everything else a CEO in a studio should be doing. This is where you come in.
Own and manage the build out of rapid MVP development during our strong validation processes
Contribute to ideation and validation of new startup ideas
Be curious about everything to do with entrepreneurship and building startups
Willing to jump in on tasks none engineering as they arise to get things done as a team
