Executive Assistant, CHAOS Industries

• 6+ years of experience supporting a C-suite leader—ideally in a high-growth tech, aerospace, or defense environment
• Master multitasker with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Confident communicator, both in writing and verbally—able to craft polished executive materials and build rapport across audiences
• Comfortable navigating high-stakes, fast-moving situations with discretion and professionalism
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with project management tools is a plus

• As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be a critical force in keeping schedules, priorities, and high-level engagements running smoothly. You’ll juggle fast-moving calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. This is more than an administrative role—it’s about partnership, discretion, and being a steady hand in a highly dynamic environment!
• Serve as a close partner to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Growth Officer (CGO), handling a wide range of administrative and strategic support with professionalism and a sense of calm under pressure
• Own the calendars of our CFO & CGO —scheduling, prioritizing, and shifting meetings across multiple time zones with ease
• Coordinate executive travel and high-level meetings, ensuring every detail is covered from logistics to prep materials
• Draft, edit, and organize reports, briefings, presentations, and communications for both internal and external audiences
• Act as a liaison between these execs and key stakeholders: team members, board members, government officials, and external partners
• Plan and execute executive-level events, board meetings, and offsites—start to finish
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and sound judgment
• Stay on top of strategic projects by helping track action items, conducting research, and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Work 4-5 days per week onsite out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California
