Who you are
- At least 3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive with a strong outbound focus
- Proven track record in pipeline generation, lead development, and outbound deals
- Demonstrated success in selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients via outbound
- Passion for outbound sales and business development, with a high level of autonomy
What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to lead deskbird’s expansion in the UK
- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, and closing Mid-Market and Enterprise deals
- Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting
- Own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position deskbird as the ideal solution for hybrid work
- Drive deskbird’s growth in the UK/I by identifying business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective outbound strategies
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for both Mid-Market and Enterprise clients to maximize deal success

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
