Role
Who you are
- Strong communication and listening skills — comfortable engaging decision-makers over phone and email
- Business fluency in French and English is a must
- A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity to understand business needs
- Data-driven and organized; able to prioritize follow-ups and manage multiple inbound opportunities
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn SaaS sales processes
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus, but not required
- A goal-oriented, resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in Spain
What the job involves
- We are looking for French Sales Development Representatives to join our growing EMEA Inbound team
- As an Inbound SDR at Perk, you will be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with our platform through marketing channels. Your role will be to qualify inbound leads, understand their needs, and guide them toward a tailored solution with our Sales Executive team
- This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to launch your career in SaaS sales within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with both Marketing and Sales to convert marketing-generated leads into pipeline — helping us scale our impact across Europe
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and follow up across multiple channels (phone, email, social)
- Qualify inbound prospects against key criteria to determine fit
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and articulate Perk’s value proposition
- Nurture and re-engage older inbound leads through structured outreach and personalized follow-up sequences
- Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the sales funnel
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- Partner with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and value-driven handover process
- Continuously improve inbound qualification processes and sequencing strategies for higher conversion rates

- 60-min assignment round with Gerrit and another manager: This stage allows us to explore your approach, motivation, and how you handle feedback
- You will receive feedback on your assignment the same day and if successful, you’ll move quickly into a values conversation
- 30-min values conversation with a dedicated interviewer, focusing on how your values align with our values and how you’d contribute to our culture
Our take
Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. Perk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
Perk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that Perk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
Recently rebranding from TravelPerk to Perk, the new name marks the next step in the company's transformation as it accelerates growth and broadens its mission beyond just travel management. The rebrand reflects its ambition to eliminate "shadow work" (hidden time-wasting tasks like filing expenses and chasing approvals), through AI-powered tools such as Perk Pay, which automates spend management and reduces fraud risks.
With dual headquarters in London and Boston as well as a growing footprint, Perk is evolving from a travel platform into a broader productivity partner for the modern business
