• In this role, you will own the systems that power how customers are billed, how payments are processed, and how we manage financial transactions across our products and services
• You will partner with engineering, finance, operations, sales and customer service to ensure our billing systems are accurate, compliant, scalable, and user-friendly—supporting both our customers’ needs and Dandy’s business growth

• Own the Billing Product Vision & Roadmap – Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Dandy’s billing platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance
• Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences – Build intuitive, transparent, and accurate billing and payment processes that earn customer trust and reduce friction
• Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with sales, accounting, legal, operations, and customer service to align on requirements, priorities, and delivery
• Ensure Global Accuracy & Compliance – Work with finance and legal to ensure systems meet tax, regulatory, and audit requirements across geographies
• Optimize for Growth – Support new pricing models, subscription plans, promotions, and expansion into new markets
