- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Finance, Accounting or Audit field

What the job involves
- We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Paris, France! Here you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions related to the Company’s Accounts Receivable area
- You will be part of a dynamic, international and competent department located in 3 different offices across Europe. The position reports directly to the Director of Accounting
- Processing and supporting the sales functions, including liaising with operations and customer success teams and processing manual invoices if required
- Prepare accounting related entries to registers, journals and logs
- Follow (and implement) accounting processes and policies
- Support accounts receivables activities (including collections) to ensure in accuracy and timeliness of receipts entries and collections
- Research, understand and provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
- Regularly review, maintain and provide support for detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- AR & Collections: monitor overdue balances and follow up with customers
- Collaboration in Financial Statements closing process for all companies of the Group
- Preparation of materials for year-end audits - assisting external auditors
