Who you are
- Ideal candidates should be eager to demonstrate their ability to be driven self-starters
- 12 months of prior B2B Sales Development Representative or cold outreach experience in SaaS, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or 1-2 years of relevant work experience)
- Fluency in business French and English is a must
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple leads at the same time
- Excellent written and spoken communication and consultative selling skills, ability to handle rejection and persist with follow-ups
- Proficient in Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- Strong self-drive and commitment to deliver results
- Positive outlook, growth mindset and ability to take responsibility for own successes and failures
- A strong team player and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members in other areas of the business
What the job involves

- Fieldwire is on track to become the world's leading digital site management platform. In this context, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on the top of the sales funnel and be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to pass on to Account Executives
- . Your primary objective is to create sales opportunities
- You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to understand customer needs and articulate the unique value of our platform
- Researching potential customers (using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) and the Hilti contact base
- Identifying the key players, decision makers and generating interest through cold discovery calls, and email campaigns
- Understanding customer pain points, challenges, and buying intent
- Generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using the Fieldwire qualification criteria
- Setting up discovery calls or demos for Account Executives
- Ensuring seamless handoff to AEs with detailed lead notes
- Following up and nurturing dormant leads until they are ready to move further in the sales process
