Who you are

3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally at a high growth company
Hands-on experience working in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, with knowledge of bidding, targeting, and optimization levers in each
Basic knowledge of a website CMS platform such as Webflow is a plus
Excellent writing/editing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What the job involves

As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for critical elements of some of our largest marketing channels, including paid social, paid search and organic search
You will support the management of paid campaign launches and optimizations, help scale and optimize our content production engine, report on actionable learnings, and drive our growth marketing strategy forward
Support day-to-day management of paid search and social campaigns to reduce cost per activation and increase sign up rates and LTV over time
Collaborate with our in-house teams to create ad copy, landing pages, and image assets across these channels to optimize performance
Be a key part of our SEO content production process, including: researching new topic ideas to write about on our blog, collaborating with our writing team, and building new tools for beauty and wellness professionals that will live on our blog
Support with main website SEO (optimizing content, writing metadata, implementation of technical optimizations) and build interactive elements (pop-ups, quizzes, etc.) for our main website pages and blog
Analyze performance data and metrics to identify growth opportunities within the performance marketing funnel and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders

With little competition in this niche, GlossGenius has swiftly captured a large market share, with triple-digit year on year revenue growth. It serves over 1000,000 businesses and has raised more than $70M.

With this funding, the company is aiming to accelerate platform development off the back of the release of consumer experience, payment and automation products. And it is well on the way to fulfilling its long-term aim of developing into the Toast of the beauty industry.
