• 10+ years of experience with international tax compliance
• Proficient in using various productivity programs, tax and accounting research tools, enterprise/general ledger systems and tax modeling

• KoBold Metals is looking for an International Tax Lead to join our growing Tax Team. This role will be responsible for supporting compliance and transfer pricing needs of the tax function and will be reporting to the VP of Tax
• This role will engage with cross functional business partners and outside consultants in the preparation of foreign income and non-income tax returns and various other tax filings
• In addition, this role will focus on scaling processes for growth, taking them from manual to automated
• Accountable for accurate and timely tax filings, tax payments, and forecasting
• Prepare transfer pricing calculations; Oversee local transfer pricing documentation and reporting obligations in line with local regulations
• Prepare various supporting calculations and documentation for foreign tax filings
• Build and maintain models to transform data for compliance and transfer pricing
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to standardize and automate tax processes where possible, reducing manual workloads and ensuring effective use of resources; develop and implement process improvements, utilizing technology where appropriate, related to the tax calculation and compliance process
• Monitor, analyze and consult with outside service providers on tax regulatory developments, tax law changes and other authoritative guidance and document the related tax impact
• Support new business and department initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Develop proficient understanding of KoBold’s businesses and internal financial systems and tools
• Assist with ad hoc requests and projects as necessary
