Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Kandji

• 4 - 6 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and customer journey optimization
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and increase retention
• Strong understanding of B2B customer behavior and experience creating campaigns that align with the unique needs of business clients
• Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization best practices
• Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for campaign tracking and performance analysis
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve performance
• Understanding of content marketing and how it integrates with lifecycle campaigns to educate and engage customers
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables)
