Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Foundational knowledge is crucial for understanding the complex technical aspects of our product
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Minimum of 2 years experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen. It would help you navigate complex technical environments and develop solutions that align with client needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to articulate technical concepts clearly and understandably to various audiences, including those who may need a technical background
- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage
What the job involves
- CAST AI is looking for a Technical Account Manager who is deeply passionate about cloud computing, Kubernetes, and driving transformative solutions for clients
- As a TAM, you will act as a key technical advisor and an extension of their operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients fully leverage the capabilities of our platform
- Primary Technical Liaison: You will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships, understanding their challenges, and providing timely technical guidance
- Deep Customer Understanding: You will develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers' business goals and technical environment. This knowledge will enable you to tailor solutions aligned with their objectives, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Cross-Team Collaboration: You will work closely with various teams within CAST AI, including engineering, sales, and product management. Your role will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments
- Technical Onboarding and Training: You will lead a technical onboarding process for new clients, conduct product demonstrations, and host workshops. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts will be essential to successful client integrations

CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
