Who you are
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messaging
- Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple content pieces at once

- Excellent research skills to gain insights into our customers’ requirements
- An analytical approach to messaging and asset creation: be able to look at quantitative and qualitative data to figure out what’s working and what opportunities may exist regarding trends or content knowledge gaps
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Salesforce, Hubspot, ChatGPT
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work at pace

What the job involves
- As Product Marketing Manager, you're customer-, product-, and messaging-obsessed
- You support the development of a global product marketing strategy that aligns with our Product roadmap and Commercial goals
- You own the execution of product launches and content campaigns, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, and Brand to deliver assets that clearly communicate the value of our product
- Your content drives both adoption and engagement
- You act as the voice of the customer, using research and data to inform messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
- Your work is grounded in a deep understanding of our product, competitors, and the AECO space — combined with sharp editorial judgment, strong project management skills, and the ability to move between strategy and execution with ease
- This role reports into the Head of Global Communications
- You'll conduct thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- You’ll conduct user and buyer research in order to develop personas and ideal customer profiles
- You’ll be the steward of product messaging, translating technical product details into external-facing communications that are easy to understand and act on
- You'll create a messaging framework for different personas and use cases
- You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders in Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Field Teams to align on quarterly priorities and deliverables, and to ensure successful ongoing market presence
- You will drive high quality launches and demand for products by working closely with a range of cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Brand
- You’ll own the creation of compelling internal and external assets, including but not limited to: battlecards, product factsheets, sales decks and scripts, blog articles, social media posts and release notes
- You’ll be responsible for tracking campaign performance, product adoption and engagement, and customer feedback using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot and Amplitude
- You’ll report on key metrics and use data-driven insights to refine the product content strategy
