Role
Who you are
- You will have 5+ years’ experience within sales (B2B or SaaS is desired but not required), with at least 2 years’ of experience in a team leadership role
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing successful Sales professionals
- You possess natural communication and leadership skills, and can recognise and reward great performance whilst being able to navigate through challenging performance periods amongst the team
- You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You will have a data-driven mindset, with a focus on using metrics to drive performance
- You are comfortable leading by example and enjoy jumping on sales calls yourself to either close out business or help your team to achieve their goals
What the job involves
- Leading a Sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise the Sales team’s performance and productivity
- Providing coaching and feedback to the Sales team on their sales techniques such as pitch delivery, objection handling and closing
- Monitoring and reporting on the team’s progress towards targets and KPIs
- Continuously evaluating and improving the Sales team’s processes, tools, and technologies to enhance their effectiveness
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new Sales members

The global patient platform Doctify was launched after its founders - two orthopedic surgeons - noticed how difficult it was to find reliable, representative, and verified healthcare reviews. The inability to easily access feedback was affecting patients as well as doctors, dentists, and hospitals. Doctify's online platform connects patients with healthcare specialists, allowing them to collect comprehensive and meaningful feedback.
A core tenet of the platform is the feedback loop that enables patients to provide meaningful reviews of their experience, letting practices improve the services they provide whilst allowing patients to make more informed decisions about where they are treated. Now operating in six markets, Doctify has provided thousands of its doctors and healthcare practitioners with video conferencing tools – allowing them to continue providing remote services where required.
In 2024, Doctify was featured in the Financial Times FT1000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. After 2023 funding from the likes of Beringea and Amadeus Capital Partners, it plans to continue expanding internationally and invest in sales and marketing.
