Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a startup strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in order to meet the needs of two executives
- High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in particular conveying messages on behalf of the executives with finesse
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Notion, and tools like Expensify; experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools is a plus
- Bay Area-based and available to work onsite up to 3 days/week
What the job involves
- Midi is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and also the General Counsel
- This is a critical role for ensuring the efficiency of two offices, supporting a wide range of activities across each leader, from calendaring and travel logistics to legal operations and internal coordination
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex and high-volume scheduling for both the GC and COO, including cross-functional and external meetings
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel briefs and process expense reports
- Meeting Preparation, Support, and Operations: Prepare and organize materials and manage logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, speaking engagements, and internal meetings for key leaders
- Presentation & Collateral Support: Support the development and refinement of decks and other internal documents
- Legal Operations Support:
- Support contract workflows, including intake, tracking, and execution
- Monitor key legal metrics and maintain up-to-date dashboards
- Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM) system implementation and maintenance
- Migrate contracts from legacy systems and assist with organizing the company’s IP portfolio
- Track deadlines and notices for IP applications and filings
- Maintain and update internal legal resources in Notion or similar platforms
- Assist in management of board books and board platform

The female founders built an offering from telehealth visits and at-home testing to supplement delivery. The company really looks to support women through a trying phase, tailoring to individual needs rather than the age-old issue that the main healthcare system falls privy to of grouping all women in one.
A huge win for the company is that the program is supported by major insurance plans across 12 states in America - creating accessibility for the majority. With a large dose of funding, Midi Health continues to scale and expand its services to more states.
