Role
Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience in an in-house Talent Team or a Recruitment Agency
- Software Engineering recruitment experience is a must
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers within the company to align recruitment strategies with business goals and best practices
- High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
What the job involves
- We're growing fast - and so are our Tech teams. That's why we're looking for a Talent Partner to drive hiring across our Engineering and broader Tech Teams in London, Poland, and Porto
- You'll be handling the entire recruitment lifecycle, using both tried and tested methods as well as creative new ways to attract, source, and secure top talent for Capital on Tap
- You'll join a vibrant, energetic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation

- Owning and driving end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including our CRM, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and WTTJ
- Providing a great candidate experience from application to offer
- Using Data to inform and advise your hiring managers and iterate processes
- Being a DE&I champion, educating hiring managers, and helping us attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Keeping our ATS (Greenhouse) up to date and following best practices
- Building strong relationships across the business to understand hiring needs, priorities, and pain points

Capital on Tap allows British SMEs access to a credit card with up to £250,000 credit within minutes. Gone are the days when waiting up to eight weeks for a loan decision was viable.

- At Capital on Tap, we want to be a place where a diverse mix of talented people want to come and do their best work but most importantly feel included and be their authentic selves. We are fully focused on equality and believe deeply in diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, ability, national origin and all the other characteristics that make us who we are.
- We have put a lot of time into developing an inclusive recruitment strategy to ensure our hiring practices are as inclusive as possible. All hiring managers have attended inclusive recruitment training and we have introduced objective skills testing.
- When speaking to teams across the company, the majority of teams felt that we are a diverse community with a huge mix of backgrounds and many people commented it was the most diverse place they’ve worked.
- Over the last year, we have started to share our own stories and experiences. Groups across the company commented how much they have enjoyed learning from each other and educating ourselves on different areas of diversity. They also felt these talks and discussions bridge the gap between different offices and teams.
