Who you are

- 2+ years of management experience with a proven track record leading teams to drive client value and outcomes
- 6+ years of experience in customer success management and/or customer support, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build report and credibility with customers at all levels
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making
- Experience driving successful internal and customer adoption of new processes, tools, and solutions, ensuring smooth transitions
- Passion for customer advocacy and driving customer outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with accountancy/finance customers is highly desirable
- Bonus: experience using HubSpot, Vitally, Notion, GONG, Excel, and Office Suite
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Success to lead our established team
- In this role, you will be part of a rapidly growing Customer Success department, responsible for building strong relationships with our mid-market and enterprise clients across North, Central, and South America
- You will oversee a dynamic team of Customer Success Managers and Transformation Managers, guiding them to cultivate meaningful customer relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive success
- While the team has well-established business practices, we’re looking for a candidate who can bring fresh innovations to our processes, with a focus on proactive relationship building and long-term client health, particularly in our mid-market segment
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within DataSnipper, advocating for their needs and driving internal initiatives to enhance the customer experience
- Retention and Expansion: Drive customer retention and expansion efforts through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of DataSnipper products and services
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to track customer success, identify areas for improvement, and work with team members to develop action plans to address challenges
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer success management, leveraging insights to enhance DataSnipper's customer success programs and processes. Facilitating customer success and growth throughout the customer lifecycle

Our take
With data having become a commodity in and of itself, infrastructure must be enforced so as to validate and contextualize it. Datasnipper does just that with its automated data validation platform for auditors.
Repetitive manual work in auditing means decreased efficiency and slower results. Auditors must reconcile data by cross-referencing it with that of older systems, verifying this data with documentation such as invoices, bank statements and previous contracts. Datasnipper’s platform uses intelligent automation that translates these documents directly into Excel spreadsheets, helping auditors make informed decisions at a faster rate.
Initially launched from Bootstrap, Datasnipper has successfully raised to Series B and has had a strong 2024. It doubled its revenue and customer base and reached Unicorn Status, indicating the auditing industry’s embrace of AI as a tool.
