Who you are
- By meticulously researching target organizations, engaging prospects, and leveraging industry know-how, you'll introduce Monta's unparalleled suite of products and services
- Your passion for sales, a go-getter approach, and your agility in a fast-paced environment will position
- A minimum of 12 months in sales development or a related role
- Adaptability, coachability, with a heightened sense of urgency, comfortable in a dynamic setting
- Exceptional communication skills to convey intricate concepts to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives
- Detailed focus and organizational skills to manage a vast lead portfolio
- Experienced in cold-calling and prospecting with a history of meeting monthly quotas
- Proven consistency in achieving or surpassing sales objectives
- An innate sense of curiosity, a drive to learn, grow, and a keenness for feedback
- Fluent in German & English
What the job involves
- Proactively outbound prospects through cold-calling and messaging, ensuring qualified leads and inquiries
- Strategize alongside Account Executives to penetrate outbound prospects and accounts effectively
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, offering insights on lead quality through our internal systems
- Elevate yourself as the Monta product suite expert
- Utilize tools like Hubspot, Gong, Cognism, and Sales Navigator to fortify your sales capability and business portfolio
- Analyze metrics to make informed decisions
- Achieve set quotas by devising and executing strategic outbound plans
- It’s not just what you do – how your work impacts our products and processes is also important to us
- Besides the tasks you complete, we’ll also be measuring the tangible outcomes and improvements you set in motion – which will (hopefully) increase your professional growth and satisfaction with us at the same time
- The Sales Development team is the pulse of Monta's growth
- This crucial role sees you as the torchbearer identifying potential customers, generating robust leads, and setting the stage for our dynamic sales team

Our take
Monta is an EV charging company that is building ways to make it easier to charge EVs from wherever you are. In order to do so, the company is working to digitise the EV charging ecosystem via a charging management platform.
Transforming mobility is a leading global effort towards a greener society and European cities are rapidly seeing the uptake of electric vehicles. In spite of this, there is a dearth of EV charging points, and Monta is trying to rectify this issue through its unique all-in-one EV charging platform, which makes charging vehicles simple and seamless, thereby increasing the adoption of a more sustainable method of transport.
Monta has invested its efforts toward opening up new markets, specifically North America, whilst consolidating its market position in Scandinavia, the UK, and Germany, as well as creating transparency within the electricity market and continuing to fund digitising the power grid infrastructure. Recent funding invest further in R&D alongside expanding its partner network.
