Previous HR internship experience preferred but not required

What the job involves

As a Talent Acquisition Co-Op at Abacus Insights, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruiting process while working in a dynamic, fast-growing health tech startup
Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers
Contribute to talent pipeline development and explore new sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus recruiting, etc.)
Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives, such as crafting social media content and job postings
Help maintain data accuracy in HR systems (ADP) and track recruiting metrics
Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to inform talent strategy
Collaborate with the People team on onboarding and new hire experience enhancements
Join team meetings, company-wide events, and contribute ideas to
