Senior Recruiter, BrandBastion

• We are looking for a high energy, strategic and detailed oriented recruitment professional. If you are a tech-savvy social media native who thrives in a fast-paced ever changing environment, this might be for you
• 3+ years experience in Recruitment in a fast growing start up/scale up, ideally with both technical and commercial hiring experience
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment practices preferably for remote first hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and thrive in a fast paced, remote work environment

• As a Senior Recruiter you'll play a pivotal part in driving our talent acquisition efforts, identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across our teams
• In addition, this role will be ideal for someone that wishes to continue within recruitment while expanding their skillset into projects related to People Operations (employer branding, team member development, etc)
• Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs across teams such as Software Engineering, Analytics and AI, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales
• Source, engage, and assess potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, and referrals
• Conduct introductory interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Manage the complete recruitment process
• Establish and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to address current and future staffing requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure successful recruitment
• Work on projects related to team member engagement, further team development and career planning, employer branding and the like
