• We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (Contract) to join our team
• This pivotal role ensures the execution of both customer-centric and sales-centric workflows, optimizing efficiency for our internal go-to-market processes, resolving complex system and process challenges, and driving continuous improvement
• Orchestrate and resolve Salesforce (SFDC) cases, encompassing teaming agreements, hierarchy adjustments, approvals, frozen accounts, customer promotion issues, territory changes, etc
• Provide support to Customer Experience Coordinators (CECs), through calculations and process resolution
• Develop, refine, and maintain policy and process documentation
• Proactively identify and champion process inefficiencies, designing and implementing solutions to enhance operational workflows and bolster data quality
• Optimize data integrity across core platforms, including Salesforce and other essential business systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Alliances—to conquer operational hurdles and deliver service to both internal and external stakeholders
