What the job involves
- At Matillion, we're on a mission to supercharge sales performance, and we're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in accelerating sales velocity by supporting the strategic and analytical needs of our Field Sales organization
- Driving sales efficiency through detailed performance analytics and actionable insights
- Supporting the Field Sales team with scalable operational strategies and streamlined processes
- Building dynamic Excel models to forecast, track, and optimize revenue performance
- Translating business challenges into clear, data-backed solutions that lead to measurable impact
- Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations to implement high-leverage improvements
