- Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact?
- We’re looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting, ideally with experience in a Sales Development position
- However, we’re also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles

- Fluency in English & German (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across the Switzerland for SentinelOne’s enterprise sales team
- You’ll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations, understanding potential customers’ needs, and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements
- Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients in the Swiss market
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
- Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes
- Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals
- Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment
- Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager
- Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends
- Work from our Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid setup

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
