Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in People/HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in People, employee experience, or talent management roles
- Proven expertise in onboarding, performance management, and talent development
- Strong track record in leadership development and program facilitation
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- As a People Business Partner, you will be a key architect of that experience, ensuring that every touchpoint in the employee journey reflects our values and strengthens our culture
- This is not a traditional HR role. You will join a forward-thinking People team known for leading change, challenging convention, and designing programs that make a lasting impact
- From performance and talent management to leadership development, you will help shape the future of how we grow and care for our people
- Lead onboarding and offboarding experiences that are engaging, memorable, and seamless
- Continuously improve touchpoints across the employee journey to reflect our culture of care and excellence
- Ensure compliance while balancing empathy, practicality, and business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, building relationships grounded in openness and trust
- Partner with managers to foster engagement, resolve challenges, and support organizational growth
- Provide guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and role clarity
- Drive performance management processes that emphasize growth, feedback, and accountability
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives
- Partner with leaders to create and deliver learning opportunities that advance skills and careers
- Design and deliver leadership programs that prepare our leaders for today and tomorrow
- Coach leaders to foster inclusive, high-performing teams
- Align development initiatives with business strategy to maximize impact
Our take
Cyberattacks are becoming more sophisticated. For example, zero-day cyberattacks leverage vulnerabilities that are unknown even to the users and creators of a system. Tens of billions of dollars are being invested in protection, but OPSWAT delivers security solutions that nip the need for extra cyber defence in the bud.
The company's products focus on threat prevention, enacting a zero-trust mentality to ensure that technology systems are watertight from threats. For example, OPSWAT's MetaDefender platform incorporates advanced malware threat protection to detect vulnerable files and emails, as well as software, before it is even installed.
