Who you are
- 6+ years of proven success in an enterprise business development or sales executive role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
- ✈️ Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed

- Professional working proficiency in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus)

What the job involves
- Loyal Guru is seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence not only within the grocery and retail sector but new verticals
- As a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll be responsible for owning the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach to closing new revenue opportunities and establishing Loyal Guru's international footprint
- Drive New Business: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with senior managers and key decision-makers, leading compelling product demonstrations and negotiations
- Be a Product Expert: Master Loyal Guru's product capabilities to articulate a persuasive value proposition tailored to client needs
- Strategize & Execute: Leverage Loyal Guru's sales collateral (decks, use cases, demos) and your deep understanding of client industries and pain points to craft and execute effective sales strategies
- Collaborate for Success: Partner seamlessly with technical staff, product specialists, and cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, sales ops, customer success) to address customer needs and ensure a smooth sales process
- Own the Sales Cycle: Take charge of the entire sales opportunity, orchestrating internal resources, driving process advancement, maintaining customer traction, and ultimately closing deals
- Maintain CRM Excellence: Track all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot, ensuring clear visibility and contributing to overall team organization
- Generate Leads: Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute impactful lead generation campaigns
- Provide Market Insights: Share valuable feedback on market trends, competitive landscapes, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance Loyal Guru's offerings

Loyal Guru is a customer data platform that helps brands build on their customer loyalty strategy. The platform helps companies collect and analyse customer data to produce personalised omnichannel promotions and measurable loyalty programs.
Reports suggest that courting consumer loyalty has become particularly difficult over recent years. The pivot to eCommerce has opened consumers up to a vastly larger market of brands. Moreover, this freedom to shop around is exercised more often in times of economic hardship. Catering to the consumer needs of primary shoppers - Millennials and Gen Z - is crucial, and it emphasizes data analytics and personalised solutions. Both boxes are firmly ticked by Loyal Guru.
The company already have enterprise clients like Mango, Spar, and Día, and is using funding to expand across Europe and the Americas. With a dominant proportion of eCommerce businesses based in North America, this could prove a savvy step. Loyal Guru will need to ensure, however, that this expansion doesn’t stray their attention from the rapid changes in consumer preferences that eCommerce has been seeing recently.
