Role
Who you are
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product metrics, and customer lifecycle
- Experience with complex B2B products, integrations, or enterprise workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating complex concepts into clear requirements
- Experience with product discovery methodologies (e.g., JTBD, user research, prototyping)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions
- Empathy for users and a passion for solving meaningful problems
- Able to travel 3-5 times per year to signature clients mostly in the UK but also USA and India
What the job involves
- Join Commusoft as a data-driven Product Manager to shape our B2B SaaS roadmap, own end-to-end delivery, and drive real customer value across teams
- We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, data-driven Product Manager to help build and establish our Product function from the ground up and shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform
- This is a foundational role where you’ll define how product management operates at Commusoft while owning a product area end-to-end — setting the roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and delivering features that solve real customer problems and drive business growth
- You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, client operation, and sales to introduce product-led ways of working, ensure strong alignment across teams, and make sure what we build delivers measurable value for our clients
- You’ll collaborate closely with Jason (our Founder) and Raja (our CTO)
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for your domain
- Build and refine the product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, business priorities, and stakeholder input
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives
- Lead customer discovery to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows through interviews, data analysis, and feedback loops
- Use analytics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product decisions
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering to refine scope, prioritise work, and deliver high-quality features on time
- Collaborate with design to create intuitive, user-centric experiences
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and client operations to ensure successful product launches
- Support go-to-market planning, value propositions, and product messaging
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product releases
- Lead data-driven post-launch reviews and iterate based on insights
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and user empathy

Commusoft exists to change that, providing plumbers, electricians, builders, and trades companies of all stripes with a platform that allows businesses to plan and schedule jobs, provide costing and quotes to customers, and handle client communications from a single application.
While other companies are operating in the field, Commusoft stands out in the market with its focus on its simplicity and digital invoicing functionality which is far more flexible than that provided by competitors.
Commusoft was founded in the UK but in 2019 began its international expansion, opening an office in Chicago to grow into the North American market. Having established a strong presence in the UK its main objective is currently to grow its market share in the US, recruiting teams on both sides of the Atlantic to capture a piece of the enormous American field services sector.
