What the job involves
- We’re looking for a proactive, organized and enthusiastic creative operations marketing manager to help fuel the next phase of Nanit’s growth
- You will be the operational, organized wizard that makes our creative process smooth
- From managing the day to day and ensuring briefs are strong, timelines are adhered to and priorities are clear to helping orchestrate shoots and asset development; you’ll be a critical part of the marketing team
- You'll have the amazing opportunity to help shape how parents perceive and interact with Nanit and the amazing impact we have on parents' lives every day
- This role requires a proactive and scrappy mindset with a passion for building brands
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative group, ensuring that processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and deliverables are flawless
- Act as a bridge between creative teams and project owners, possessing a strong understanding of project details and desired outcomes
- You will be responsible for daily, short-term, and long-term scheduling and project prioritization for the creative team
- Manage and optimize project timelines and team deliverables; identify timeline impacts and resource conflicts and deadlines
- Work with external vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing
- Manage the digital assets library for to support the team and organization overall
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams like product, sales and other stakeholders will be important in seeing through projects
- Have a creative eye and ability to help source external contributors as needed- can include talent, photographers, producers, art directors, designers, copywriters etc
- Ensure the highest creative standards are achieved and on brand
- Possess and understand capabilities and production needs for all creative production types

As a result, the company has secured considerable funding.
Nanit is currently working to expand its range to encompass all aspects of nursery care, including nightlights and changing pads. This will enable the company to maximize its revenue streams and continue to compete within the growing baby tech market.
