Who you are
- We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team
- If you love the operational side of marketing and thrive on seeing campaigns come to life, this role is for you
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or email marketing
- Experience executing email campaigns from start to finish
- Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel for data management and reporting
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of how marketing and sales systems integrate
- Experience with Goldcast or other webinar platforms
- Experience supporting field and events marketing programs
- Nice to have: proficiency with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Nice to have: HTML and HubL coding skills for email customization
What the job involves
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with a MOPs team that has strong foundations in place, where you'll get hands-on experience executing email campaigns, supporting webinar activations, and experimenting with A/B testing to drive growth
- Manage the end-to-end email marketing process — from strategy and calendar coordination to execution and A/B testing — while analyzing performance to drive continuous optimization
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing and customer engagement
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows for webinars and field events, ensuring registration and follow-up sequences are flawless
- Manage list imports while maintaining data hygiene and ensuring campaigns are properly tracked in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Become a proficient HubSpot admin, strategize about effective ways to set up campaigns/workflows, and constantly look for ways to improve our use of the product
- Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales Development to build strong internal relationships and ensure cross-functional alignment on all campaigns
- Provide operational support for new marketing initiatives and projects as our team’s needs evolve
Our take
When a business receives an email from a customer it can set off a chain of forwarded emails across the company, an inefficient process where information (and sales!) can easily get lost. Front exists to change this, consolidating all customer communications into a single shared inbox which can be accessed by teams of any size and completely eliminates the need for internal emails.
With more companies moving to remote working and eCommerce becoming the predominant form of conducting business, Front's product has been enthusiastically received by over 8,000 companies, including Mailchimp, Shopify and Convoy. However, it is by no means alone in this space, with huge competitors such as Google and Microsoft providing communications solutions and other internal communications tools such as Slack gaining traction. Front may have an edge here, though: its unified solution also provides automated workflows, ticketing and analytical tools that are either absent or less well integrated in competing offerings.
In 2022, Front raised investments in a Series D round and achieved unicorn status with a valuation of over $1 billion. Now with $100 million in annual recurring revenue, it's moving to further develop its product and increase its market share, hiring new talent ahead of a possible IPO in the near future.
