Role
Who you are
- Strong understanding of the modern GTM stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo, Outreach, etc.) and optimally, experience in revenue operations, sales automation, or GTM strategy roles
- You have a proven record of questioning the status quo and driving improvements
- You have an analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and experimentation
- You are highly detail-oriented, know how to write well and structure information in a concise way
- You like to experiment, move fast and are highly pragmatic in getting things done, with a focus on both speed and quality
- You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are commercial in your thinking - always considering the output of your actions for business outcomes
What the job involves
- You will be part of a small GTM Strategy & Operations team and responsible for making our GTM operations and specifically our GTM outbound efforts as effective, automated and streamlined as possible
- As part of this, you will drive improvements across our technology stack and ensure we leverage the best tooling and automation available. You will be in the depths of our outbound efforts and look for ways to automate how we target prospects, how we support our outbound teams in their work and how we achieve maximum results
- This is a hands-on operational role for someone who is well-versed with the modern GTM stack and AI-driven automation, knows how to get the maximum output out of tech and has a track record of driving improvements autonomously
- Optimize and streamline our GTM outbound efforts by leveraging automation, modern AI capabilities and best-in-class tech stack
- Design and implement automated workflows that support our teams in identifying, targeting and engaging ICP accounts
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our GTM tech stack to ensure we have the best tools and automation capabilities in place
- Build and execute data-driven GTM experiments to improve conversion rates
- Develop automated systems for prospecting, engagement, and pipeline acceleration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our GTM operations

They have recently raised impressive funding, and will be focused on accelerating its global growth revenue, expanding engineering and commercial teams, and developing the platform.
