Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong visual design skills, with experience in visual design, illustration, animation, video editing, and other specialist skillsets
- Fluency in Figma and a command of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, marketing and product teams
- Low ego, highly collaborative, and open-minded
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Design Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling and crafting impactful digital experiences
- In this role, you’ll work across marketing, web, and product design, creating assets for social media, blog posts, landing pages, and product features
- You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, marketers, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- As a Product Design Intern, you’ll work across multiple disciplines, including digital design, web design, and product design, collaborating closely with engineers, marketers, and product teams
- Creating templates and assets for various marketing channels (social media, emails, presentations, ads, etc.)
- Designing bespoke images for blog posts to enhance storytelling and brand identity
- Designing and iterating on landing pages for product launches
- Improving the user experience of our marketing site
- (Nice to have) Maintaining and developing our Webflow site
- Taking new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production
- Collaborating daily with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Participating in design reviews, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs
Our take
Within the Web 3.0 sector, Validation Cloud is known as a node API, staking and data service platform, that helps young networks to develop their infrastructure. Working within blockchain technology, Validation Cloud ultimately wants to help more companies migrate into Web 3.0.
So far, the company has aided established networks such as Chainlink and Hedera, and continues to develop infrastructure for emerging blockchains such as Aptos and Eigenlayer. Early VC from the likes of AP Capital Partners and the Blockchain Founders Fund indicate the interest in Validation Cloud, and it plans to use this funding to expand its technology and team.
