Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales and/or sales support or a similar role within the financial services industry
- A proven desire to provide excellent relationship management within the context of driving additional business
- Ability to iIdentifying future business opportunities and partners
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Solid working knowledge of mortgage lending processes and products
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
What the job involves
- The Partnership Sales Support Associate will facilitate sales support activities between partners, key contacts, and Loan Originators
- Reporting to the Director of Sales Success, you will build relationships, drive volume, and recommend Figure products to support partner businesses
- Responsibilities include leading sales meetings, communicating best practices, and tracking field feedback
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance products and processes for Partner Loan Originators
- Strong communication, organization, and sales support expertise are essential for driving business growth and improving partnerships
- Serve as the primary contact between existing and potential partner's sales leadership and individual Loan Originators, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with partner sales leadership to enhance the effectiveness of sales meetings, providing valuable insights, updates, and support to drive sales performance
- Develop processes to ration support in a way that maximizes ROI to Figure and automates the engagement as much as possible
- Develop and communicate best practices for utilizing The Figure Product to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Develop processes to scale this communication to the maximum extent possible
- Collect, analyze, and report feedback from the field to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive partner training portal, providing partners easy access to training resources, product information and other relevant materials
- Keep accurate records of sales support activities,escalations,and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability within the team
- Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions, workshops, and webinars for partners
- Work with onboarding teams to schedule and provide training for both administrative and sales teams with each new partner
