Our take
The number of international students at UK universities alone continues to rise, making a platform which provides easy access to the international student housing market invaluable, and giving Student.com a growing market to expand into.
Before Student.com, it was difficult for landlords to exercise global reach and harness the large numbers of students coming to universities from abroad. Student.com has provided this access, giving landlords worldwide the opportunity to cash in on a lucrative market.
Student.com has seen rapid growth since being founded. It's been betting on expanding into new territories like the US, having secured successful rounds of funding from leading investors. And its made partnerships with companies such as Perplexity and Lavanda to enhance its offering.
