Proficient in Python and other programming languages

What the job involves

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Data Scientists to join our Credit Modelling team
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative credit scoring models for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our models are robust, accurate, and aligned with business objectives
Develop, implement, and maintain credit scoring models for the SME segment
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform model development
Collaborate with risk management and business teams to ensure model alignment with business objectives
Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve modeling techniques continuously
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely
