What the job involves
- We are looking for an Event Operations Intern to support the planning and execution of events hosted at Norrsken House Barcelona
- You will report to the Event Lead and collaborate with the Operations and Front of House teams to ensure events run smoothly and guests have a seamless experience
- This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 08:30–12:30, and presence onsite at Norrsken House Barcelona
- This internship requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months
- As an Event Operations Intern, you will support the full lifecycle of events, from preparation to execution and post-event reset
- Help prepare event rooms, seating layouts, and materials
- Ensure event equipment such as screens, microphones, and cables are ready before events begin
- Support check-in and help guide speakers, organizers, and attendees
- Monitor event spaces and assist with logistical needs during events
- Help reset rooms and shared spaces after events
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and organized
- Work with the Event Lead to ensure event logistics run smoothly
- Identify small operational improvements that could improve future events
