Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has experience with B2B SaaS marketing across channels and exposure to account-based marketing strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in programs or digital marketing, preferably in a high tech environment
- Proven success in marketing programs and project management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented individual that takes initiative to define and improve processes
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and advertising platforms
- Hubspot, Salesforce, & 6Sense experience a plus
- Canva, video editing tool, or other creative experience a plus
- Experience with marketing reporting
- Proven history of using AI to optimize and launch campaigns
- Ability to travel when necessary; Periodic international travel required (Paris)

What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive and energetic digital marketing expert to drive the development of multi-channel digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth
- This role reports to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and is hybrid at our Boston, MA, office
- Develop and execute digital channel strategies across LinkedIn, 6sense Display, Google Ads, Reddit, Meta, and emerging platforms to amplify content, events, demand generation offers, and integrated campaigns
- Determine optimal digital channel distribution plans for all marketing assets, including thought leadership content, webinars, field events, demand gen offers, customer announcements and launches, by mapping the right content to the right channels and audiences
- Build, launch, and manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns in partnership with the growth marketing team to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation
- Write compelling ad copy for all digital channels, leverage Canva to navigate and customize design templates, and contribute to creative direction and design briefing
- Design and implement sophisticated retargeting frameworks across platforms to nurture prospects throughout their buyer journey and maximize conversion rates
- Conduct ongoing campaign optimization through continuous A/B testing of creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning and execution—supporting audience insights, ad copy/creative iteration, A/B test ideation, and performance optimization across channels
- Own digital advertising analytics and reporting, partnering with the revenue operations team to provide deep-dive performance analysis and data-driven recommendations to optimize ad spend
- Partner cross-functionally with content, product marketing, sales, and field marketing teams to align digital distribution strategies with business priorities
- Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize pipeline contribution
- Campaign setup and operations including: Hubspot, Salesforce, & 6Sense

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
