What the job involves

  • The 3P Network & Speed team is looking for a talented Business Analyst, who should identify, scope, develop and deliver 3P Network Modelling initiatives and projects independently
  • 1. Understand requirements and work out how data / business insights can provide the right answers to business questions
  • 2. Identify the right data sources, and in case of roadblocks, understand and use available proxies
  • 3. Build data models and databases for 3P partners networks, and feed them into the right simulation tools
  • 4. Build data visualization in a simple and intuitive way
  • 5. Manage relevant stakeholders providing clear timelines and making sure to deliver on time
  • 6. Deliver projects and foster feedback loop to drive continuous improvement
  • 7. Maintain and support new or existing models/visualizations through their life cycle
  • 8. Communicate with the broader org about new or existing deliverables, and push to improve tool adoption
  • 9. Updating project status & progress to leadership by means of sharp, concise updates
  • 3P Network & Speed team is responsible for scoping, prioritizing and implementing 3P initiatives driving cost, speed or delivery quality improvements to serve business needs. These include service launches, connectivity optimization, asset sweating, etc
  • The team aims to maximize 3P contribution towards Speed goals while achieving good Speed-Quality-Scalability mix in cost effective way

On top of this, the company's e-commerce division is facing profitability problems despite its 2023 post-IPO debt funding of 8 billion. It will need to find new ways to stay above their competitors.
